Account and Data Deletion Request

Request permanent account closure and deletion of eligible personal data linked to your Blink Credit account.

At Blink Credit, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use Blink Credit, you may request the permanent closure of your account and deletion of the personal data linked to it by completing the form on this page.

To prevent unauthorized requests, Blink Credit will verify your identity using the mobile number registered with your account and the verification code sent to that number.

Once your identity has been successfully confirmed, your account will be permanently deactivated and eligible personal information will be securely deleted from our systems in accordance with applicable privacy, financial, and data protection requirements.

Once the deletion process is completed, your account and deleted information cannot be recovered, restored, or transferred.

Information Covered by the Request

  • Personal identity information, including your name, date of birth, identification details, and verification records
  • Contact information, including your registered mobile number, email address, and residential details
  • Account and application information, including profile details, submitted applications, documents, and application status
  • Transaction and repayment information, including disbursement records, repayment history, and account-related financial records
  • Platform usage information, including login history, device information, activity logs, and system-generated records
  • Customer support and communication records related to your Blink Credit account

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, or auditing obligations; fraud prevention, risk management, and account security; complaint handling, dispute resolution, or legal proceedings; and enforcement of agreements and protection of legal rights.

Any retained information will remain securely protected and will only be used for the required legal or compliance purpose.

Important Information

  • Only the verified account holder may submit a deletion request
  • You must have access to the registered mobile number to complete verification
  • Account deletion will permanently deactivate your Blink Credit account
  • After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in or access previous account, application, transaction, or repayment information
  • Deleted information cannot be restored or transferred to another account
  • Some records may remain where retention is required by applicable laws or regulations
  • Please resolve any active applications, outstanding repayments, complaints, or disputes before submitting your request
